We will provide the following services:

Ø Take an inventory of your current computer and software.

Ø Provide any maintenance that is necessary.

Ø Create and implement a maintenance plan.

Ø Create and implement a back-up plan.

Ø Provide you with concerns and solutions about your current IT situation.

Ø Provide “on call” support for BOTH Hardware and Software (over the counter).

o Support can be on site, online, or on the phone.

Ø Advise on upgrades and other changes you may want to make.

Ø Implement the changes you want to make.

Currently the cost for this service starts at $199.00/month for up to 4 hours of time. Travel may be extra. Other plans are available.
