The owners or managers get conflicting information as to what to do and end up wasting much time dealing with these computer problems. That is where we can help. We understand business as well as computers. The best solution isn't always to upgrade or get the biggest, latest, best. We work with our clients to make the best use of their current computers and IT set up. Since we don't sell any product we have no incentive to sell you the "latest and greatest." DSL - Not as if you needed another reason to be mad at the phone company!!! But, did you know that when they "install" this High Speed Internet Access that all your employees are begging for, they don't hook it up to your computers or network?!?! Cable may not also. Don't worry we can help with that too. No LONG TERM Commitment!! You can hire us for a long or short time, take care of a big problem or small problem, or just be your "Part-Time IT Department" to call upon when you have problems or want advising. It is all up to you! We do NOT make or sell any products. All products we use and recommend are "off the shelf" that you can buy or we can buy for you (no mark up of course). You will have and own all software and licenses. We do not and will not pirate any software. We support what we recommend. Once the changes we agreed upon are made we will still be around to help you with these changes. We understand that new or upgraded products have a learning curve to get past. Often times it is a simple question that can be answered by one of us who has worked with the product. We are "on call" to help you whenever you need. If we don't know the answer we'll find out. No need for you to wait on hold with some impersonal 800 number!! Services we provide:
